ABOUT Maggi Pakoras RECIPE

Nothing beats rainy and winters like a plate of Maggi or Pakoras with cup of steaming hot Tea and a good book. The perfect cozy afternoon snack wherein both Maggi and pakoras come together to warm up the weather. Drop your sandals, put your feet up and enjoy these yummy pakoras with cup of hot Tea/Coffee

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 packet Maggi with 170 ml water
  2. 1 cup chopped vegetables (onions, capsicum and cabbage) finely chopped
  3. 3/4 tbsp red chili powder
  4. 1/2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  5. salt to taste (little)
  6. 2tbsp roasted semolina
  7. 2 tbsp roasted besan
  8. 1-2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. COOK MAGGI WITH ITS MASALA UNTIL WATER IS COMPLETELY EVAPORATED
  2. ALLOW MAGGI TO COOL
  3. ADD 3/4 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS- CAPSICUM TO THE COOLED MAGGI
  4. ADD 1/4 CUP CHOPPED CARROTS, 3/4 TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER, SALT
  5. ADD 2 TBSP EACH ROASTED SEMOLINA & CHICKPEA FLOUR
  6. MIX EVERYTHING WELL
  7. ADD 1-2 TBSP WATER
  8. MAKE A SMOOTH DOUGH
  9. DEEP FRY SMALL BALLS OF DOUGH IN HOT OIL
  10. TAKE OFF HEAT WHEN GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  11. SERVE HOT
