ABOUT Masala Papad Tacos RECIPE

Twist to the traditional masala papad. Taco is a traditional Mexican dish composed of corn or wheat tortilla, made with variety of fillings.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Small papad - 6-7
  2. Boiled corns - 2 tbsp
  3. Pomegranate arils - 2 tbsp
  4. Chat masala - 1 1 /2 tsp
  5. Roasted cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Roasted Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder - 1/4 - 1/2 tsp
  8. Lemon juice - 1/4 tsp
  9. Shev - 2 tbsp
  10. Chopped coriander leaves - 1/2 tbsp
  11. Oil - 1/2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE 2 TBSP POMEGRANATE ARILS, 2 TBSP TOMATOES
  2. ADD 2 TBSP BOLIED CORN, 1 TSP CHAT MASALA
  3. ADD 1/4 TSP EACH OF CUMIN, CORIANDER & RED CHILLI POWDERS, MIX
  4. ADD 1/2 TBSP FRESH CORIANDER, 1/2 TSP LEMON JUICE
  5. MIX AND KEEP ASIDE
  6. GREASE A HOT NON STICK PAN, GENTLY PLACE PAPAD
  7. FRY FROM BOTH THE SIDES
  8. IMMEDIATELY PUT OVER A ROLLING PIN, SHAPE INTO TACO SHELL
  9. TACO SHELLS IS READY
  10. SPREAD READY STUFFING IN TACO SHELLS, TOP WITH SEV & FRESH CORIANDER
  11. SERVE IMMEDIATELY
