It's a special kheer using ripe guava's made by me with my own innovation and efforts, try this mouth watering sweetdish by following my simple steps, its a vegetarian feast, hope u will like it

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boil milk 1kg
  2. Cardamom pods 2-3
  3. Guava 1 (ripe guava)
  4. Sugar according to taste
  5. Left over boiled white rice 1 katori
  6. Dry fruit (optional)

Instructions

  1. BOIL MILK 1 LTR ON SIM FLAME FOR FEW MINUTES
  2. ADD SUGAR ACCORDING TO TASTE
  3. ADD LEFT OVER WHITE BOILED RICE 1 KATORI TO IT AND COOK FURTHER FOR FEW MINUTES ON SIM FLAME
  4. ADD CARDAMOM PODS 2-3 (PUT DIRECT PODS NO NEED TO MAKE POWDER)
  5. ON THE OTHER SIDE TAKE COOKER , ADD 1 CHOPPED RIPE GUAVA TO IT WITH LITTLE WATER
  6. CLOSE THE LID OF COOKER AND GIVE 1 WHISTLE
  7. AFTER THE WHISTLE, OPEN THE LID AND SEE THE COLOUR OF GUAVA, IT WILL CHANGE TO YELLOW & TURNS SOFT
  8. USING MIXI , GRIND THE BOILED GUAVA MAKE PUREE OF IT
  9. SIEVE WELL USING A STRAINER
  10. AFTER STRAINING, LOOKS LIKE THIS
  11. MIX THIS GUAVA PUREE IN THE (BOILED REDUCED TO HALF MILK MIXTURE)
  12. USING LADDLE,MIX WELL
  13. Zingy Tangy GUAVA KHEER IS READY, serve garnished/decorated with guava and nuts
