Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. almonds 1/2 cup
  2. cashews 1/2 cup
  3. pistachios 1/2 cup
  4. Chirongi 3 tsp
  5. Green cardamoms 18- skin removed
  6. saffron 1/4 tsp
  7. nutmeg powder 3 tsp
  8. peppercorns 1/2 tsp
  9. Fennel Seeds 1 tsp
  10. Dry rose patels 1 tsp
  11. turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  12. Dry ginger Powder 1 Tsp
  13. sugar 5-6 tbsp
  14. For serving
  15. Milk 150 ml
  16. saffron milk
  17. Chirongi 7-8
  18. Ready masala doodh powder 1 tbsp full

Instructions

  1. DRY ROST 1/2 CUP PISTACHIOS ON A LOW FLAME FOR 3 MINUTES.
  2. TRANSFER ONTO A PLATE.
  3. DRY ROAST 1/2 CUP ALMONDS AND 1/2 CUP CASHEWS.
  4. ADD 3 TSP CHIRONGI AND ROAST FOR 3 MINUTES.
  5. TRANSFER ONTO A PLATE TO COOL.
  6. ADD 1 TSP CARDAMOMS SEEDS & 1 TSP FENNEL SEEDS IN THE SAME PAN.
  7. DRY ROAST ON A LOW FLAME FOR 3 MINUTES.
  8. ADD 1/4 TSP SAFFRON STRANDS.
  9. CONTINUE DRY ROASTING FOR 1 MINUTE.
  10. TRANSFER TO A PLATE.
  11. ADD ALL THE ROASTED INGREDIENTS IN A GRINDER.
  12. ADD 1/2 TSP PEPPERCORNS, 3 TSP NUTMEG POWDER & 1 TSP DRY GINGER POWDER.
  13. ADD A FEW DRY ROSE PETALS & 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  14. ADD 5-6 TBSP SUGAR.
  15. GRIND TO A SMOOTH POWDER.
  16. IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE THIS. STORE IN AN AIRTIGHT BOTTLE FOR 1-2 MONTHS IN A FRIDGE.
  17. HEAT 150 ML MILK, ADD 1-2 TBSP OF MASALA DOODH POWDER.
  18. LET IT ALMOST COME TO A BOIL. SERVE HOT.
