  1. Ready-made Gulobjamun mix
  2. Milk Chocolate - 100 grams
  3. Coco powder 2 teaspoon
  4. Milk maid 1/4 cup
  5. Some For garnish pistachio silvers and white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. ADD GULOBJAMUN MIX AND COCO POWDER
  2. MIX WELL
  3. ADD LITTLE WATER AND MAKE A DOUGH
  4. GET SOFT DOUGH AND SHAPE THE BALLS
  5. READY TO FRY
  6. HEAT THE OIL AND ADD JAMUN BALLS
  7. COOK UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN COLOR AND LOW FLAME
  8. TAKE OUT THE JAMUN KEEP ASIDE
  9. TAKE A HOT MILK AND ADD CHOPPED MILK CHOCOLATE
  10. STIR WELL UNTIL WELL COMBINED
  11. ADD MILK MAID
  12. MIX WELL AND CHOCOLATE SAUCE WAS READY
  13. ADD CHOCOLATE JAMUNS
  14. REFRIGERATE FOR 2 HOURS
  15. AFTER 2 HOURS TRANSFER THE SERVING BOWL
  16. AND PUT SOME WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND PISTACHIO SILVERS
  17. PERFECT DESSERT CHOCO-JAMUN WAS READY TO SERVE
