I made this sev khamni with a twist i had left over dhokla and dabeli chutney ,masala peanuts too. So i made this with using all of these and make a fusion of dabeli and sev khamni

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 5-6 left over or fresh dhokla
  2. 1 tbsp oil
  3. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  4. 4-5 curry leaves
  5. Hing
  6. Salt
  7. Haldi
  8. 2 Green chillies
  9. For garnish--
  10. Sev bhujiya
  11. Pomegranate seeds
  12. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. HEAT PAN AND ADD OIL
  2. ADF MUSTARD SEEDS AND CURRY LEAVES
  3. AND HING
  4. MAKE CRUMBLE OF DHOKLAS
  5. ADD TEMPERING, POMEGRANATE AND GREEN CHILLI
  6. ADD SEV AND MIX ALL OF THEM
  7. MIX CORIANDER
  8. READY TO SERVE GARNISH WITH PEANUTS,POMEGRANATES, CORIANDER AND SEV
