1 & 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup butter
Salt to taste
1 tsp sugar
Chilled water to knead the dough
200 grams paneer cubes
One bunch of chopped spinach
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp chopped ginger
One medium onion sliced
1/4 cup cream
Crushed black pepper to taste
Instructions
TAKE FLOUR IN A BIG BOWL OR PLATE, ADD SALT, SUGAR AND BUTTER TO IT
RUB THE BUTTER IN FLOUR TO WITH FINGER TIPS TO ATTAIN BREAD CRUMBS STATE
ADD CHILLED WATER TO MAKE TO THE DOUGH
KEEP THE DOUGH IN A COVERED BOWL AND REST IT IN FRIDGE FOR 1 HOUR
AFTER AN HOUR, ROLL THE DOUGH INTO A SHEET LARGE ENOUGH TO FIT A 9" PIE PAN
CAREFULLY DRAPE THE SHEET ON THE PIE PAN
PRICK THE DOUGH AT MANY PLACES SO THAT IT DOESN'T PUFF UP WHILE BAKING
THEN BAKE IT IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 200 DEGREES FOR 15 MINUTES
MEANWHILE HEAT A TSP OF OLIVE OIL IN A PAN AND ADD GINGER GARLIC AND SAUTE FOR A MINUTE
THEN ADD SLICED ONIONS AND COOK TILL THEY TURN PINK
ADD PANEER AND COOK TILL IT TURNS A LITTLE GOLDEN
ADD SPINACH AND COOK TILL ITS MOISTURE IS ABSORBED
ADD SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
FINALLY ADD CREAM, MIX WELL AND TURN OFF THE HEAT, LET IT COOL A BIT
POUR & SPREAD THE PREPARED FILLING ON BAKED QUICHE CRUST
SPREAD THE FILLING EVENLY AND COVER IT WITH GRATED CHEESE
THEN BAKE IN A PREHEATED OVEN AT 200 DEGREES FOR 10 MINUTES OR TILL THE CHEESE MELTS
