Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. onion chopped - 2 cup
  2. tomato chopped - 1 cup
  3. ginger garlic chilly chopped - 1/2 cup
  4. Prawns Fried - 1 cup
  5. Roasted Rava - 2 cups
  6. Garam masala- 1 teaspoon
  7. Clove- 3 nos
  8. Coriandor leaves - 2 teaspoon
  9. Cardomom - 3 nos
  10. Fried onion - 1 teaspoon
  11. Fried raisins- 1teaspoon
  12. Water- 4 cups
  13. oil - 2 tablespoon
  14. ghee - 1 tablespoon
  15. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. ONION , TOMATO, GINGER GARLIC GREEN CHILLY, GHEE, SALT, RAVA, PRAWNS, OIL, WATER , FRIED ONION, RAISONS, CORRIANDOR LEAVES, GARAM MASALA CLOVE CARDOMOM
  2. HEAT OIL IN A PAN ADD ONION
  3. ADD SALT GINGER GARLIC GREENCHILLY
  4. ADD TOMATOES AND MIX WELL
  5. CLOSE THE PAN AND COOK FOR 10 MINUTES
  6. ADD FRIED PRAWNS
  7. ADD GARAM MASALA AND CORIANDER LEAVES
  8. MIX WELL
  9. CLOSE THE PAN AND COOK FOR 2 - 3 MINUTES
  10. HEAT ANOTHER PAN ADD GHEE
  11. ADD 1 TEASPOON GRATED ONION
  12. WHEN IT LOOKS GOLDEN BROWN ADD 4 CUPS OF WATER
  13. WHEN IT BOILS ADD SALT CLOVE AND CARDAMOM
  14. WITH ONE HAND POUR RAVA IN A STREAM TO BOILING WATER , WHILE YOU STIR RAVA IN WATER WITH OTHER HAND . STIR EVERYTHING ONCE TO CHECK ANY LUMPS
  15. OFF THE PAN WHEN WE GET THIS CONSISTENCY
  16. HEAT A PAN PLACE HALF OF MASALA
  17. THEN PLACE HALF OF RAVA
  18. THEN REMAINING MASALA
  19. THEN RAVA
  20. GARNISH WITH FRIED ONIONS AND RAISINS AND COOK FOR 5 MINUTES
