ABOUT Veg Roll Neeru Dosa RECIPE

Indo Chinese cuisine spring roll dosa famous in restaurants. Just me innovated that in my own style on neer dosa, it had given us good taste. Here you can add any vegetables as your wish. Kids will surely like this. It's really a healthy recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Dosa rice 1 cup
  2. Salt 1/2 tsp
  3. Cooking oil 1/4 cup
  4. Ingredients for veg roll-
  5. Beans chopped 1/2 cup
  6. Cabbage chopped 1/2 cup
  7. Capsicum chopped 1/4 cup
  8. Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  9. Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 cup
  10. Pepper powder 1 tsp
  11. Salt 1/4 tsp
  12. Cooking oil 3 tsp
  13. Tomato jam ingredients -
  14. 2 tomatoes smooth pulp
  15. Honey 3 tsp
  16. Cardamom powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. CLEANLY WASH AND SOAK 4 HOURS A CUP OF RICE.
  2. GRAIN SMOOTH PASTE THE CHOPPED TOMATOES.
  3. ADD CARDAMOM POWDER AND HONEY TO THE TOMATOES PUREE.
  4. STIR TILL THICKNESS IN A MEDIUM FLAME, JAM IS READY.
  5. HEAT OIL AND SAUTE THE ONIONS.
  6. ADD CAPSICUM AND SAUTE UNTIL SOFT.
  7. ADD CABBAGE.
  8. ADD BEANS AND SALT, SAUTE WELL, CLOSE THE LID.
  9. CHECK NOW TO ADD PEPPER POWDER AND CORIANDER LEAVES, SAUTE WELL, FILLING IS READY.
  10. DRAIN THE WATER FROM SOAKED RICE.
  11. ADD SALT AND WATER TO THE RICE, GRAIN SMOOTHLY.
  12. HEAT AND GREASE THE IRON PAN WITH OIL.
  13. POUR A LADLE FULL OF BATTER AND CLOSE THE LID.
  14. BY 20 SECONDS SLIDE A FLAT SPATULA FROM THE SIDES OF THE PAN AND PLACE IT ON A PLATE.
  15. SPREAD TOMATO KETCHUP ON IT.
  16. LAYER SOME OF THE VEG ROLL FILLING.
  17. GENTLY ROLL IT.
