Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 Cups water
  2. 50 gram fusli pasta
  3. 1/2 cup sweetened curd
  4. 2 tbsp tamarind pulp
  5. 2 tbsp green chutney
  6. 1 onion chopped finely
  7. 1 tomato chopped finely
  8. 1/2 cup sprouts
  9. Corriender leaves 2 tbsp
  10. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  11. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  12. salt to taste
  13. oil for frying
  14. Naylon sev

Instructions

  1. BOIL 50 GMS PASTA IN 2 CUPS OF WATER BY ADDING 1TSP OIL & 1/2 TSP SALT.
  2. DRAIN WATER.
  3. WASH WITH COLD WATER.
  4. FRY TILL CRISP & GOLDEN.
  5. REMOVE ONTO A KITCHEN NAPKIN.
  6. ADD 2 TBSP SPROUTS.
  7. 2 TBSP CHOPPED TOMATOES.
  8. 2 TBSP CHOPPED ONIONS.
  9. 2 TBSP CURD.
  10. 1 TBSP CORIANDER CHUTNEY.
  11. 1 TBSP TAMARIND PULP.
  12. AGAIN ADD 2 TBSP CURD.
  13. SPRINKLE 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER.
  14. 1/2 TSP ROASTED CUMIN POWDER AND SALT TO TASTE.
  15. SPRINKLE 2 TBSP NYLON SEV.
  16. GARNISH WITH FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES & SERVE.
