Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bhavnagri mirchi 5-6
  2. Juha hari mirchi 2-3
  3. Tomatoes 2 medium sized cut long length wise
  4. Onions 2 medium sized cut long length wise
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Red chillie 1/2teaspoon
  7. Turmeric 1/2teaspoon
  8. Coriander powder 1/2teaspoon
  9. Cumin seeds 1/2teaspoon
  10. Curd 4 tablespoon
  11. Refined oil 1/2 katori/ 1 big karchi

Instructions

  1. ADD 1/2 CUP OIL IN A KADAI.
  2. ADD 2 QUARTERED ONIONS.
  3. SAUTE. ADD 2-3 SLICED SMALL GREEN CHILLIES.
  4. ADD 5-6 SLICED BIG CHILLIES. MIX WELL.
  5. ADD 1/2 TSP CUMIN SEEDS, 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER, SALT TO TASTE, 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER & 1/2 TSP CORIANDER POWDER.
  6. ADD 2 SLICED TOMATOES. MIX WELL.
  7. ADD 4 SOYA FROZEN STICKS TO BOILING WATER. BOIL TILL SOFT.
  8. ADD SOFTENED SOYA STICKS TO THE PREPARED VEGETABLE MIXTURE.
  9. MIX WELL.
  10. SIMMMER ON LOW FLAME FOR A FEW MINUTES. ADD 4 TBSP CURD TO IT
  11. MIX UNTILL WELL- INCORPORATED.
  12. ADD 1 TSP GARAM MASALA. MIX WELL.
  13. REMOVE ONTO A SERVING PLATE. SERVE HOT.
