Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled pasta 1 cup
  2. Carrot chopped 1/2 cup
  3. Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  4. Capsicum chopped 1/2 cup
  5. Tomato puree 1/2 cup
  6. Tomato sause 1 tbsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Black Pepper 1 tsp
  9. oregano 2 pinches
  10. Cheese cube 1
  11. Butter 1 tsp
  12. All purpose flour 1 cup
  13. Carom seeds 1 tsp
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Oil 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 TSP BUTTER.
  2. ADD 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONION & 1/2 CUP CHOPPED CAPSICUM.
  3. ADD 1 CUP CHOPPED CARROT.
  4. ADD SALT TO TASTE & 1 TSP BLACK PEPPER. MIX.
  5. ADD 1/2 CUP TOMATO PUREE & 1 TBSP TOMATO SAUCE. MIX.
  6. ADD 1 CUP BOILED PASTA. MIX WELL.
  7. ADD 1 TBSP GRATED CHEESE & 1 TSP OREGANO. LET FILLING COOL.
  8. TAKE A SMALL BALL OF DOUGH AND ROLL INTO AN OVAL SHAPE.
  9. CUT IN 2 HALVES AND APPLY LITTLE WATER ON EDGES. FOLD THEM IN THE SHAPE OF A CONE.
  10. PUT PASTA FILLING INTO THE CONE. APPLY WATER ON THE EDGES, FOLD THEM AND SEAL THE SAMOSA.
  11. DEEP FRY SAMOSAS UNTIL CRISP AND GOLDEN BROWN IN COLOUR.
  12. SERVE HOT.
