  1. INGREDIENTS for batter
  2. Fenugreek leaves 1 bowl
  3. Garlic paste 1 tspoon
  4. Moongdaal flour 3 cups
  5. salt as per taste
  6. Ingredients for stuffing
  7. Mashed potatoes 1 bowl
  8. Chilli flakes 2 tspoon
  9. salt as per taste
  10. oil

Instructions

  1. TAKE 3 CUPS MOONGDAAL FLOUR.
  2. ADD 1 BOWL OF COARSELY CHOPPED FENUGREEK LEAVES.
  3. ADD 1 TSP GARLIC PASTE, 2 TSP CHOPPED CAPSICUM & SALT AS PER TASTE. MIX.
  4. ADD WATER TO GET THE REQUIRED CONSISTENCY.
  5. HEAT OIL. ADD 1 BOWL OF MASHED POTATOES.
  6. SPRINKLE 1 TSP CHILLI FLAKES.
  7. ADD SALT AS DESIRED.
  8. MIX WELL.
  9. ADD 1 BOWL CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES. MIX & KEEP ASIDE.
  10. HEAT A PAN AND EVENLY SPREAD BATTER.
  11. APPLY OIL.
  12. COOK ON BOTH SIDES. ADD STUFFING & FOLD.
  13. SERVE WRAPS WITH YOGURT.
