This is a indo italian fuison recipe . I have stuffed jumbo pasta shells in a unique way and topped it with thickend milk sauce . So this is a innovative dessert with italian ingredients and indian taste .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Half cup full fat milk
  2. 3-4 saffron stands
  3. 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  4. 1 tsp clarified butter
  5. Half cup roasted vermicilli
  6. 1/4 cup sugar
  7. 4_5 jumbo pasta shells
  8. 1 tsp salt
  9. water as required

Instructions

  1. FIRST TAKE 1 CUP FULL FAT MILK IN A POT AND LET IT BOIL UNTIL MILK STARTS THICKEN .
  2. TAKE 2 TSP HOT MILK AND ADD 3-4 SAFFRON FLAKES INTO THIS AND KEEP IT ASIDE .
  3. WHEN MILK STARTS THICKEN ADD SAFFRON FLAVOUR MILK AND 1/4 CUP SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK AND MIX WELL
  4. TURN OFF THE GAS, SAFFRON FLAVOUR THICKEND MILK SAUCE IS READY . KEEP IT ASIDE .
  5. NOW IN A PAN ADD 1 TSP CLARIFIED BUTTER THEN ADD 1/2 CUP ROASTED VERMICILLI . COOK FOR 2 MINUTES .
  6. THEN ADD 1/4 CUP SUGAR AND ABOUT HALF CUP WATER AND COOK IT ABOUT 5 MINUTES.
  7. WHEN VERMICILLI BECOMES SOFT AND WATER IS EVOPARATED ,TURN OFF THE FLAME . LET IT COOL DOWN .
  8. IN A SALTED WATER ADD JUMBO SHELL PASTA AND COOK UNTIL PASTA SHELLS BECOMES SOFT . DRAIN OUT WATER.
  9. TAKE BOILED SHELL AND STUFF IT WITH VERMICILLI IN IT THEN POUR THICKEND MILK SAUCE ON IT AND SERVE
