  1. Milk...1/2 ltr
  2. Chickpeas chaat...1bowl
  3. Tomato Sauce 1 tsp
  4. tamarind sauce 1tsp
  5. Peanuts 1 tbsp
  6. Sev as required

Instructions

  1. MAKE PANEER FROM 500 ML MILK
  2. STRAIN, MASH, SHAPE INTO SMALL BALLS
  3. BOIL RASGULLAS IN HOT WATER
  4. CUT THE TOP OF THE RASGULLAS
  5. PUT THE RASGULLAS IN A PLATE, FILL CAVITY WITH SEASONED, BOILED CHANA MIX
  6. SPRINKLE ROASTED PEANUTS
  7. ADD 1 TSP TAMARIND CHUTNEY, 1 TSP TOMATO SAUCE
  8. SPRINKLE SOME SEV
