  1. Pizza dough 2 no. s
  2. besan 1/2 cup
  3. salt
  4. capsicum chopped 1 no. s
  5. Red chilli powder
  6. oil for frying
  7. chilly flakes 1 tsp
  8. tomato chopped 1 no. s
  9. Pizza herbs 1tsp
  10. salt 1 tap
  11. onion chopped 1 no. s

Instructions

  1. IN A KADHAI HEAT 1 TBSP OIL AND ADD ONE CHOPPED ONION. WHEN ONIONS ARE SLIGHT PINK IN COLOUR ADD ONE CHOPPED TOMATO.
  2. ADD ONE CHOPPED CAPSICUM. ADD 1 TSP SALT. ADD 1 TSP CHILLY FLAKES. ADD 1 TSP OF PIZZA HERBS.
  3. COOK TILL VEGETABLES ARE HALF COOKED.
  4. TAKE TWO PIZZA DOUGH AND CUT 8 CIRCLES FROM IT WITH A COOKIE CUTTER OR A KATORI.
  5. APPLY OIL ON THE PIZZA CIRCLES. FILL EACH CIRCLE WITH THE VEGGIE FILLING. LOAD EACH CIRCLE WITH GRATED PIZZA CHEESE. SIMILARLY, FILL ALL THE CIRCLES. COVER WITH A PIZZA DOUGH CIRCLE
  6. MAKE A BESAN BATTER WITH 1/2 CUP BESAN, SALT, AND RED CHILLI POWDER. ADD WATER TO MAKE A MEDIUM CONSISTENCY BESAN BATTER. DIP ONE FILLED PIZZA CIRCLES INTO BESAN BATTER AND COAT EVENLY
  7. DEEP FRY IN KADHAI ON MEDIUM FLAME. FLIP SIDES TO COOK EVENLY AND GET A NICE CRISPY BROWN OUTER COVER
  8. CRISPY FROM OUTSIDE & SOFT FROM INSIDE, THIS IS PERFECT FUSION OF INDIAN FAV. PAKODE & ITALIAN PIZZA. YOUR YUMMY PIZZA PAKODE ARE READY. SERVE HOT WITH TOMATO KETCHUP.
