ABOUT Papad Tacos RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 Papad
  2. 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  3. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  4. 1 teaspoon onion greens
  5. 1 tablespoon chopped tomatoes
  6. 1 cup boiled kidney beans
  7. 1 tablespoon corn kernels
  8. Salt (to taste)
  9. 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  10. 1/2 cup crumbled paneer
  11. 1 tablespoon oil
  12. 2 Lettuce leaves
  13. 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves (for garnishing)

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL. ADD 1 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE. SAUTE.
  2. ADD 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS. SAUTE FOR 2-3 MINUTES.
  3. ADD 1 TSP CHOPPED ONION GREENS. MIX WELL.
  4. ADD 1 TBSP CHOPPED TOMATOES. COOK FOR 4-5 MINUTES.
  5. ADD SALT TO TASTE. MIX.
  6. ADD 1/4 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER. MIX.
  7. ADD 1 CUP BOILED KIDNEY BEANS. COOK FOR 4-5 MINUTES.
  8. ADD 1 TBSP CORN. MIX WELL.
  9. ROAST PAPAD.
  10. WHEN COOKED ON BOTH SIDES, FOLD IN THE SHAPE OF A TACO SHELL. REPEAT THE SAME WITH THE OTHER PAPAD.
  11. ADD LETTUCE LEAF TO THE SHELL.
  12. ADD THE FILLING. SPRINKLE CRUMBLED PANEER.
  13. GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES. SERVE.
