ABOUT Masala Chai biscuit Ice Cream RECIPE

Combining your regular masala tea and biscuits to make an irresistible dessert!

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 4 cardamoms pods
  2. 3 cloves
  3. 1 inch cinnamon stick
  4. 1 inch ginger deskined
  5. 4 Black pepper corns
  6. 1 Cup water
  7. 1 tbsn heaped regular tea leaves
  8. 250 ml condensed milk
  9. 250 ml heavy creme
  10. 8-10 plain biscuits(not creme/salty)

Instructions

  1. COARSELY CRUSH 4 CARDAMOM PODS, 3 CLOVES, 4 PEPPER CORNS & 1 INCH CINNAMON STICK.
  2. CRUSH 1 INCH OF DESKINNED GINGER.
  3. ADD 1 TBSP TEA LEAVES, CRUSHED DRY SPICES & GINGER IN 1 CUP BOILING WATER.
  4. COARSELY CRUSH 8-10 REGULAR UNSALTED/ NON-CREAM BISCUITS.
  5. STRAIN THE MASALA TEA AFTER 2-3 MINUTES INTO 250 ML CONDENSED MILK.
  6. MIX WELL. ADD 250 ML THICK CREAM. MIX.
  7. POUR MIX INTO A MOULD. SPRINKLE WITH POWDERED BISCUITS. CHILL OVERNIGHT.
