Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled and mashed potatoes 1 cup
  2. Oil 2tbsp
  3. Onion chopped 1/2 cup
  4. Chopped spinach 2 cup
  5. Cumin seeds 1tsp
  6. Haldi powder 1/2 tsp
  7. Corriander powder 1tsp
  8. salt as per taste
  9. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  10. Amchur 2Tsp
  11. Mozzarella grated cheese 1/4 cup
  12. Whole wheat tortilla2 No.

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL IN A PAN.
  2. ADD 1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS & 1/2 CUP CHOPPED ONIONS.
  3. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER. SAUTE. ADD 2 CUPS CHOPPED SPINACH.
  4. MIX WELL. COVER & COOK ON LOW FLAME TILL SOFT.
  5. ADD 1/2 CUP PEAS. MASH.
  6. ADD 3 MASHED POTATOES. MIX WELL.
  7. ADD 1 TSP CHILLI POWDER, 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER AND SALT.
  8. ADD 2 TSP AMCHUR POWDER. MIX WELL.
  9. LET THE STUFFING COOL.
  10. CUT 1 WHOLE WHEAT TORTILLA.
  11. APPLY KETCHUP ON THE SIDES.
  12. FOLD TO MAKE A CONE.
  13. ADD GRATED CHEESE INTO CONE. FILL WITH POTATO STUFFING.
  14. ADD SOME MORE GRATED CHEESE. PRESS LIGHTLY WITH HANDS.
  15. SHALLOW FRY SAMOSADILLAS ON A GREASED PAN.
  16. FLIP AFTER A FEW MINUTES.
  17. COVER AND COOK UNTIL CHEESE MELTS.
  18. REMOVE FROM PAN. SERVE HOT.
