This idli kebab is a easy and amazing recipe to transform idlis into tasty appetizer for party .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Idlis 5-6No.
  2. Chopped carrot 1/4 cup
  3. Peas 1/4 cup
  4. Red chilli powder 1tsp
  5. Haldi powder 1tsp
  6. Garam masala 1tsp
  7. salt as per taste
  8. Chopped corriander 1cup

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL IN A PAN, ADD 1/4 CUP CHOPPED CARROTS
  2. ADD 1/4 CUP PEAS, 1 TSP EACH OF TURMERIC, RED CHILLI & CUMIN POWDERS
  3. MIX EVERYTHING WELL
  4. ADD 5-6 CRUSHED IDLIS
  5. ADD 1 CUP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES, MIX & COOK FOR 1-2 MINS
  6. TAKE OFF HEAT, COOL
  7. GREASE HANDS WITH OIL, TAKE SMALL PORTIONS OF IDLI MIX, SHAPE INTO KEBABS
  8. SHAPE LIKE THIS
  9. SPREAD 1 TBSP OIL IN A HOT NON STICK PAN
  10. PLACE KEBABS IN THE PAN
  11. FLIP & COOK ON BOTH SIDES TILL BROWN & CRISP
  12. SERVE HOT
