Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Raw banana 2
  2. Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  3. turmeric Powder 1tsp
  4. Rice flour 1tsp
  5. ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
  6. salt
  7. oil as required
  8. curry leaves 1 sprig

Instructions

  1. CHOP 2 RAW BANANAS INTO SEMI CIRCLE SHAPES
  2. KEEP THESE SLICES IN WATER FOR 20 MINS
  3. IN A BOWL, ADD 1 TSP EACH OF CHILLI POWDER,TURMERIC POWDER, GINGER-GARLIC PASTE
  4. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF RICE FLOUR AND SALT. MIX WELL.
  5. ADD IN THE BANANA SLICES, COAT IT WITH THE MASALA. KEEP ASIDE.
  6. HEAT OIL AS REQUIRED IN A PAN. ADD THE BANANA SLICES
  7. ADD FEW CURRY LEAVES AND SHALLOW FRY
