Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Milk 1 litre
  2. Oil 7 tbsp
  3. Masala
  4. Coriander Seeds 4tbsp
  5. Melon Seeds 1 tbsp
  6. Red chilli 2
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Kitchen King Masala 1 tbsp
  9. Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  10. Veggies :
  11. Onion 1
  12. CAPSICUM 1
  13. Tomatoes 1
  14. Ginger 1'
  15. For Puree :
  16. Tomatoes 8
  17. Cream 2 tbap

Instructions

  1. PUT 1 LITRE OF MILK TO BOIL.
  2. ADD IN 1 TBSP OF VINEGAR
  3. WATER SEPARATES OUT.
  4. PUT A CLOTH IN A VESSEL. ADD IN THE ENTIRE CONTENTS.
  5. WRAP IT. PUT A HARD OBJECT ON IT.
  6. CUT CAPSICUM INTO CUBES
  7. CUT TOMATOES INTO CUBES.
  8. CUT ONIONS INTO CUBES.
  9. SEPARATE OUT LAYERS OF ONION.
  10. CUT JULLIENS OF GINGER AND THEN CHOP FINELY.
  11. MAKE IT MORE FINER.
  12. TAKE 1 TBSP OF MELON SEEDS, 4 TBSP OF CORIANDER SEEDS AND 2 RED CHILLIES. SAUTE THEM.
  13. DRY ROAST TILL IT LEAVES AROMA.
  14. NOW ADD IN A GRINDER TO GRIND .
  15. GRIND A COARSE POWDER.
  16. TAKE 8 TOMATOES AND PUREE IT OUT.
  17. TOMATO PUREE IS READY.
  18. IN A PAN ADD 2 TBSP OF OIL.
  19. ADD ONIONS. SAUTE
  20. ADD IN ALL VEGGIES AND SAUTE FOR 2 MIMUTES. TAKE THEM OUT.
  21. AGAIN PUT 4 TBSP OF OIL IN A PAN AND ADD THE PUREE.
  22. STIR.
  23. ADD IN THE MASALA
  24. ADD IN CHOPPED GINGER.
  25. ADD IN THE LEFTOVER WATER OF PANEER.
  26. ADD 1 TBSP OF KITCHEN KING MASALA.
  27. ADD SALT TO TASTE.
  28. ADD 1 TSP OF CORIANDER POWDER
  29. ADD IN VEGGIES.
  30. ADD IN PANEER.
  31. COOK FOR SOMETIME.
  32. ADD IN 1 TBSP OF FRESH CREAM OR MALAI.
  33. OUR RESTAURANT STYLE KADAI PANEER IS READY.
