Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Urad dal 1 cup
  2. Coconut pieces 1 tbsp
  3. Ginger,chopped 1 tbsp
  4. Crushed pepper 1tbsp
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Coriander leaves ,chopped
  7. Oil to deep fry

Instructions

  1. CLEAN &SOAK URAD DAL IN WATER FOR 2 HOURS
  2. DRAIN AND ADD IT TO A MIXER
  3. GRIND IT TO A FINE PASTE WITH VERY LITTLE WATER
  4. ADD COCONUT,GINGER,PEPPER,CORIANDER LEAVES & SALT
  5. MIX IT WELL
  6. GREASE HAND WITH WATER, TAKE LITTLE BATTER AND DROP INTO HOT OIL
  7. DEEP FRY TILL GOLDEN BROWN
  8. WHEN DONE DRAIN EXCESS OIL
