  1. Puchkas 12
  2. Dark chocolate 100 gms
  3. Milk 2 tbsp
  4. Castor sugar 1/3 cup
  5. Fresh cream 100ml.
  6. Cardamom powder 1/2 tesp
  7. Banana 1
  8. Grapes 1/2 cup
  9. Pomegranate pearls 1/2 cup
  10. Apple 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. CHOP 100GMS DARK CHOCOLATE IN SMALL CHUNKS.
  2. MICROWAVE FOR 90 SECONDS, STIRRING EVERY 30 SECONDS.
  3. CHOCOLATE SHOULD BE SMOOTH.
  4. ROLL PUCHKAS IN MELTED CHOCOLATE.
  5. PLACE CHOCOLATE COATED PUCHKAS ON WIRE RACK.
  6. LET THEM DRY COMPLETELY.
  7. IN 2 TBSP MILK MIX 1/3 CUP CASTOR SUGAR.
  8. ADD 100 ML FRESH DAIRY CREAM.
  9. MIX.
  10. ADD FINELY CHOPPED MIX FRUITS TO CREAM. ( BANANA, GRAPES, APPLE, POMEGRANATE ETC.)
  11. MIX.
  12. ADD 1/2 TESP CARDAMOM POWDER. CHILL FOR 2 HOURS.
  13. MAKE AN OPENING IN ALL CHOCOLATE PUCHKAS.
  14. FILL CHILLED FRUIT CREAM IN PIPING BAG .
  15. FILL FRUIT CREAM IN CHOCOLATE PUCHKAS.
