ABOUT Palak paneer RECIPE

This is a healthy curry packed full of proteins and nutrients , required by the pregnant ladies, so follow this recipe to make this at home.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm paneer
  2. Palak 1 bunch
  3. Onions 2
  4. Tomatoes 2
  5. Salt
  6. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  8. Kitchen king masala - 1/4 th tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan with little oil, shallow fry the paneer pieces until golden brown, drain them and keep aside.
  2. Now blanch the palak [spinach] and blend them into a puree. Now heat a pan with some oil, add the chopped onion and saute till golden brown.
  3. Now add the chopped tomatoes [ you can also puree them] into the pan, cook for few minutes.
  4. Now add the powdered masalas, salt and cook until the masala leaves oil. Then add the spinach puree and mix.
  5. Now add the fried paneer into the cooking masala.
  6. Check for seasoning and serve hot with some rotis on the side.
