  4. Pinch of baking soda
  5. Tomato 1
  6. Red chilli powder 1 pinch
  7. Capsicum 1
  8. Onion 1
  9. Garlic Powder 1 pinch

Instructions

  1. 1ST TAKE 2 BIG SPOON OF SEMOLINA (SUJI),1 TBSP CURD
  2. MIX IT &MAKE IDLI BATTER.ADD 1/2 TBSP SALT.REST IT FOR 10 MINUTES
  3. AFTER 10 MINUTES ADD PINCH OF BAKING SODA. GREASE MINI IDLI PAN WITH OIL
  4. PUT IDLI BETTER ON IDLI PAN.HEAT A BOILER ADD 1 CUP WATER .PUT IDLI STAND IN IT.COOK IT FOR 6 MINUTES
  5. TAKE 1 CAPSICUM, 1 TOMATO, 1 ONION. CUT VEGGIES LIKE THIS.(DEESEED TOMATO)
  6. ADD PINCH OF SALT AND SPRINKLE BLACK PEPPER POWDER
  7. AFTER 6 MINUTES CHECK IF DONE THEN REMOVE FROM STAND.SPREAD DRY GARLIC POWDER
  8. TAKE A SKEW OR TOOTHPICK ARRANGE VEGGIES LIKE THIS. ALSO ADD MINI IDLI
  9. YOU CAN SEE HOW TIKKA LOOKS NICE.HEAT A PAN ADD TIKKA.ADD 1/2TBSP OIL
  10. ADD REMAINING TIKKAS.ADD 1 TBSP OIL.COOK SIDE BY SIDE FOR 2 MINUTES
  11. AFTER 2 MINUTES SPRINKLE RED CHILLI POWDER&CHAT MASALA
  12. YOUR IDLI TIKKA IS READY.
