  2. Veggie as per your choice.
  3. Oil 1tbsp
  4. Puffed rice 1 cup
  5. Sev 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. TAKE A MURMURA OR PUFFED RICE 1 CUP ADD VEGGIES AS PER YOUR CHOICE. (TOMATO, ONION, GREEN CHILLI)
  2. MIX ALL CHOPPED VEGGIES. ADD 1/2 SALT
  3. TAKE A PAPAD CUT INTO TRIANGLE SHAPE LIKE THIS. GREESE CONE MOULD WITH OIL 1/4TBSP
  4. HEAT A TAWA ROAST PAPAD ONLY 40 SEC LIKE THIS.
  5. AFTER 40 SEC.QUICKLY COVER PAPAD AROUND MOULD.YOU CAN TRY WITH HAND .ROAST FOR 1/2 MINUTES.
  6. EXTRACT MOULD.AND ROAST 30 SEC.ADD 1/2 OIL.ROAST SIDE BY SIDE FOR ANOTHER 1 MIN .(YOU CAN DEEP FRY)
  7. AFTER ROASTING PUT BHEL ON IT.
  8. SERVE WITH CORRIENDER &SEV (BHUJIA)
