Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 medium or 2 small apples(least ripe)
  2. Pizza base (storemade or home made)
  3. 1/3 cup soya granules
  4. 2 tsp red chilies powder
  5. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. 1/2 tsp chat masala
  8. 1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala
  9. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  10. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  11. 1tsp ginger garlic paste
  12. 1medium onion finely sliced
  13. Oregano and red chilly flakes for toppings
  14. 1/3 cup or more pizza cheese

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS
  2. ADD PINCH OF SALT TO 1 CUP WATER..ADD SOYA
  3. BOIL FOR 3-4 MINUTES
  4. DRAIN EXCESS WATER
  5. RUN SOYA 2-3 TIMES UNDER COOL WATER
  6. SQUEEZE AND KEEP IT ASIDE
  7. PEEL AND CORE APPLES AND KEEP IT ASIDE
  8. HEAT OIL AND ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE. SAUTE
  9. ADD CHOPPED ONIONS UNTIL TRANSCLUCENT
  10. ADD MASALAS, PEPPER AND SALT. MIX EVERYTHING WELL AND SAUTÉ
  11. ADD SOYA AND APPLES
  12. PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 180
  13. ADD OLIVE OIL TO THE BASE
  14. WARM UP PIZZA FOR 3-4 MINUTES
  15. ADD TOPPINGS ON WARMED UP PIZZA
  16. ADD GRATED CHEESE ON TOP
  17. PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 180
  18. BAKE PIZZA FOR 8-10 MINUTES UNTIL CHEESE MELTS
  19. FRESH FROM OVEN
  20. ADD OREGANO AND RED CHILLY FLAKES
  21. SERVE HOT WITH SAUCE OR KETCHUP
