  1. Ingredients for preparing tikki:-
  2. Cooked rice 1/2 cup
  3. Fresh bread crumbs 1 cup
  4. Boiled potato 1 Medium
  5. Curd 1/4 cup
  6. Peas 1/4 cup
  7. Corn 1/4 cup
  8. Corriander chopped 1/4cup
  9. Dil leaves 5-6Tbsp
  10. Parsley leaves 1/4 cup
  11. Mint leaves 5-6Tbsp
  12. Salt As per taste
  13. Black pepper 2Tsp
  14. Chilli powder 1Tsp
  15. Italian herbs 3-4Tbsp
  16. Cheese cubes 1/4 cup
  17. Ingredients for preparing chapati disc:-
  18. Chapati dough For 6 small chaptis
  19. Small bowl 1No.
  20. Ingredients for assembling burger:-
  21. Small chapati disc 6No
  22. Lettuce leaves 6No
  23. Mayo spread 1/4 cup
  24. Chilli sauce 1/4 cup
  25. Tomato 1 medium
  26. Onion sliced 1 medium
  27. Butter 2Tbsp

Instructions

  1. ARRANGE ALL THE INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARING TIKKI.
  2. INGREDIENTS FOR PREPARING CHAPATI DISC.
  3. INGREDIENTS FOR ASSEMBLING BURGER.
  4. TRANSFER THE RICE INTO MIXER JAR AND GRIND THE RICE.
  5. IN A BOWL ADD RICE ,BREAD CRUMBS AND MASHED POTATO.
  6. MIX EVERYTHING WELL, ADD PEAS AND CORNS TO THE MIXTURE.
  7. ADD ALL THE GREEN LEAVES.
  8. MIX EVERYTHING WELL.
  9. ADD ALL THE DRY SPICES.
  10. NOW ADD CURD AND MIX EVERYTHING WELL.
  11. MIXTURE IS READY FOR MAKING TIKKIS.
  12. GREASE HANDS WITH LITTLE OIL AND TAKE A SMALL PORTION OF MIXTURE AND SHAPE INTO A ROUND BALL.
  13. MAKE A WELL IN THE CENTRE AND PLACE FEW CHEESE CUBES.CLOSE PROPERLY.
  14. SHAPE THE BALL INTO A DISC.SAME WAY PREPARE ALL THE TIKKIS.
  15. GREASE THE PAN WITH OIL.
  16. PLACE ALL THE TIKKIS IN THE PAN.
  17. AFTER SOME TIME FLIP THE TIKKIS .
  18. REMOVE THE TIKKIS FROM THE PAN.
  19. TAKE A SMALL BALL FROM THE DOUGH.
  20. ROLL INTO A CHAPATI ,WITH A SMALL BOWL CUT INTO A ROUND DISC.
  21. ROUND DISC LIKE THIS.
  22. COOK ON HOT TAWA.
  23. FLIP THE DISC AND COOK.
  24. PRESS SLIGHTLY WITH COTTON CLOTH AND COOK THE DISC EVENLY.
  25. SAME WAY PREPARE ALL THE DISC LIKE THIS.
  26. APPLY MAYO SPREAD ON ONE DISC.
  27. PLACE LETTUCE ON MAYO SPREAD.NOW PLACE TIKKI,ONION,TOMATO .TAKE ANOTHER DISC AND APPLY MAYO SPREAD .
  28. APPLY CHILLI SAUCE ON MAYO SPREAD AND PLACE UPSIDE DOWN ON TIKKI.
  29. APPLY BUTTER .
  30. GREASE PAN WITH OIL.
  31. PLACE BURGER CAREFULLY ON THE PAN.
  32. APPLY BUTTER ON OTHER SIDE AND FLIP CAREFULLY.
  33. TRANSFER ROTI BURGER TO THE PLATE.
  34. ROTI BURGER IS READY.
