  1. Moong dal 1/2 cup
  2. Khoya 1cup
  3. Desi ghee 1/2 cup
  4. Sugar 1/2 cup
  5. Fresh malai 1/2 cup
  6. Orange colour 5 drops
  7. Boiled chopped almonds 8 piece
  8. Boiled chopped pista 10 piece
  9. Saffron 1/1/2 tsp
  10. Cardamom powder /2 tsp
  11. Cinnamom powder 1/4 tsp
  12. White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Nutmeg powder 1/2 tsp
  14. Orange juice 1 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. WASH AND SOAK IT FOR 45 MINUTES.STRAIN THE WATER.
  2. MAKE A THICK PASTE.
  3. BRING KADAI ADD GHEE
  4. ADD FRESH MALAI
  5. ADD MOONG DAL PASTE
  6. MIX IT AND KEEP ASIDE FOR 10 MINUTES.
  7. ON THE FLAME AND STIR IT FOR TWO MINUTES ON HIGH FLAME.
  8. NOW STIR IT ON MEDIUM FLAME.
  9. HEAT A PAN,ADD ORANGE JUICE.
  10. ADD NUTMEG POWDER
  11. ADD CINNAMOM POWDER
  12. ADD SUGAR
  13. ADD WHITE PEPPER POWDER
  14. MIX IT AND KEEP BOILING FOR TWO MINUTES ON HIGH FLAME AND OFF THE FLAME.
  15. ADD SAFFRON.MIX IT WELL.
  16. LOOK ,IT CHANGE GOLDEN IN COLOUR AND IT SMELLING TOO GOOD.
  17. ADD KHOYA
  18. ADD SUGAR
  19. ADD ORANGE COLOUR
  20. ADD ORANGE JUICE
  21. MIX IT FOR TWO MINUTES ON HIGH FLAME.NOW OFF THE FLAME.
