Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Left over Bread Slices 3/ Bread Crumbs 1 cup
  2. Salt 1 tsp
  3. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  4. Garam masala 1 tsp
  5. Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Chat masala 1/2 tsp
  7. Green chilli 1/2 finely chopped
  8. Ginger small piece finely chopped
  9. Garlic 2 cloves finely chopped
  10. Grated Potato 1 medium size
  11. Grated carrot 1/2
  12. Chopped spring onions handful
  13. Chopped Cabbage handful
  14. Chopped Capsicum handful of
  15. Chopped onion 1
  16. Chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. GRATE 1 POTATO, SOAK IN WATER
  2. SQUEEZE GRATED POTATO TO REMOVE STARCH, ADD TO THE VEGETABLES
  3. MIX ALL THE VEGETABLES
  4. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF SALT, RED CHILLI, GARAM MASALA, 1/2 TSP PEPPER & CHAT MASALA POWDERS
  5. POWDER 3 BREAD SLICES
  6. ADD THE VEGETABLES, MIX
  7. SHAPE INTO VADAS
  8. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL TILL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
