Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup rice
  2. 2 tbsp oil
  3. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  4. 1 tsp jeera [cumin seeds]
  5. 1 bay leaf
  6. 4 cloves
  7. 1 onion chopped
  8. 6-7 cloves garlic
  9. Hing [asafoetida]
  10. 1 tsp ginger paste
  11. 2 green chillies
  12. 1 cup paneer cubes
  13. Salt
  14. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  15. Haldi [turmeric powder] - 1/2 tsp
  16. 1 tsp coriander powder
  17. 1 tsp fennel powder
  18. 1 tsp pepper powder
  19. 1 tsp garam masala
  20. Lemon juice
  21. Coriander pulao
  22. 2 cup water

Instructions

  1. HEAT OIL IN COOKERADD RAI, JEERA AND HING
  2. ADD ONION
  3. AND SAUTE
  4. TAKE A BOWL ADD MINCED GARLIC ,CORIANDER POWDER,CHILLI POWDER,HALDI,FENNEL POWDER,PEPPER POWDER AND
  5. MAKE A PASTE
  6. ADD GINGER PASTE IN IT
  7. NOW ADD THIS PASTE IN ONION
  8. AND SAUTE
  9. COOK IT FOR 1 MIN.
  10. THEN ADD RICEAND ROAST SOME TIME
  11. AND PANEER
  12. LASTLY ADD SALT COVER COOKER AND LET IT GIVE ONLY ONE WHISTLE CLOSE GAS
  13. OUR BIRYANI IS READY
  14. ADD LEMON JUICE AND CORIANDER LEAVES SERVE HOT
