Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Chickpeas boiled - 1 cup
  2. Potato - 1 cut into small pieces
  3. Tomato - 3 no puree
  4. Mustard oil - 2 tablespoons
  5. Sugar - 1teaspoon
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Tomato sauce - 1tablespoons
  8. Cumin seeds - 1teaspoon
  9. Garam masala powder - 1teaspoon
  10. Coriander powder - 1tablespoons
  11. Cumin powder - 1teaspoon
  12. Turmeric powder - 1teaspoon
  13. Red chilli powder - 1teaspoon

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS IN 2 TBSP HOT MUSTARD OIL, ADD 1 CUBED POTATO, FRY & KEEP ASIDE
  2. FRY 2 SLICED ONIONS IN THE SAME OIL
  3. ADD 3 PUREED TOMATOES
  4. ADD 1 TBSP GINGER-GARLIC PASTE
  5. ADD 1 TSP TURMERIC, 1 TBSP CORIANDER, 1 TSP EACH OF CUMIN & GARAM MASALA POWDERS
  6. ADD 1 TSP EACH OF RED CHILLI POWDER & SUGAR, SALT
  7. ADD 1 CUP BOILED CHICKPEAS
  8. ADD THE FRIED POTATOES, MIX
  9. ADD 1 CUP WATER
  10. SIMMER FOR 3-4 MINS, TAKE OFF HEAT
