  1. Yellow moong dal 1 cup
  2. Ghee 4 tbsp
  3. Red chilli powder 1/2TBSP
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Pinch of hing
  6. Dry kasori methi

Instructions

  1. DAL- BREADME
  2. TAKE 1 CUP YELLOW MOONG DAL SOAK IT FOR 3 HOURS &GRIND IT WITHOUT WATER.
  3. ADD PINCH OF SALT ,1/2TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER, PINCH OF HING.SEE HOW THICK IT IS.ADD DRY KASORI METHI
  4. TAKE A BOWL ADD WHEAT FLOUR AND SALT KNEAD IT LIKE SOFT DOUGH .TAKE A PORTION OF DOUGH
  5. ROLL THE DOUGH BALL AND PUT DAL MIXTURE ON IT
  6. SPREAD PROPERLY IN MIDDLE.COVER IT LIKE BREAD.SPRINKLE WHEAT FLOUR
  7. SPRINKLE WHEAT FLOUR AND PRESS FOUR CORNER
  8. HEAT A TAWA PUT BREADME APPLY 1/2TBSP BUTTER ON IT
  9. FLIP IT AND COOK FOR 1 MIN.ADD1/2TBSP GHEE OR BUTTER
  10. HEAT A FLAME COOK BREADME ON IT FOR 40 SEC IN MEDIUM FLAME LIKE THIS
  11. SERVE WITH GHEE ,POWDERD SUGAR OR KETCHUP
  12. YOUR YUMMY DAL BREADME IS READY
