Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 500 gm dates ( khajoor)
  2. 2 tbsp ghee
  3. 2 tsp ginger powder
  4. 2 tsp poppy seeds
  5. almonds 1/2 cup shreded
  6. 2 tbsp rasins
  7. 2 tbsp pistachios
  8. 1/2 cup grated coconut
  9. 1 cup sesame seeds
  10. 1 cup jaggery
  11. 1/2 cup sesame oil
  12. Varakh for garnish
  13. 1

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TBSP GHEE ADD 500 GM DATES (KHJOOR)
  2. MIX AND SAUTE FOR TWO MINUTES
  3. 1/2 CUP MILK
  4. .IX AND SAUTE FOR TEN MINUTES
  5. MIX AND MESH IT
  6. 1 TSP GINGER POWDER
  7. 1 TSP POPPY SEEDS
  8. 1TSP ALMOND SHREDDED AND 1 TSP PISTACHIOS
  9. 1 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER
  10. 1/2 CUP GRATED COCONUT ,1TBSP RASINS
  11. MIX
  12. KHAJOORPAK READY KEEP IT IN BOWL
  13. REST OF SET IN TIN
  14. 1 CUP SESAME SEEDS
  15. CHURN
  16. 1 CUP JAGGERY.. CHURN
  17. 1/2 CUP SESAME OIL CHURN
  18. 1TSP GINGER POWDER 1TSP POPPY SEEDS
  19. SOME PISTACHIO AND SOME ALMONDS
  20. MIX
  21. GARNISH
  22. TIL PAK/KACHARIYU
  23. MAKE BIG BALL FROM KHAJOOR PAK FILL WITH KACHARIYA AND MAKE BALL
  24. MAKE SAME AS HEART SHAPE
  25. COVER WITH VARKH
  26. DEMOULD KHAJOOR PAK
  27. SET KACHARIYA IN TIN
  28. DEMOULD IT ON KHAJOOR PAK
  29. SET IT PROPERLY
  30. COVER WITH VARAKH
  31. ARRANGE ALL MITHAI
  32. KHAJOOR -TIL MITHAI CAKE IS READY
