Khajur pak is very healthy desert . The people of Gujarat known as vasana also...ginger powder , poppy seed , cardemom powder and dryfruit are use in khajur pak .very tasty and healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2tbsp ghee
  2. 500 gm dates
  3. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  4. 1 tsp poppy powder
  5. 1 tsp ginger powder
  6. Almond shredded 1 tsp
  7. 1 tsp pistachio
  8. Raisins 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. 2 TBSP GHEE , 500 GM KHAJUR
  2. MIX AND SAUTE
  3. ADD 1/2 CUP MILK
  4. CONTINUE STIR ..COOK FOR 10 MINUTES
  5. THEN ADD 1 TSP POPPY SEEDS
  6. NOW ADD 1 TSP ALMOND SHREDDED AND 1TSP PISTACHIO
  7. ADD 1 TSP CARDAMOM POWDER
  8. NOW ADD 1/2 CUP GRATED COCONUT AND MIX WELL.
  9. MIX
  10. KHAJUR PAK IS READY
  11. SERVE IN BOWL
  12. SET IT PROPERLY AND DEMOULD IN PLATE
