ABOUT Vegetarian omelette RECIPE

Now vegetarian people can also enjoy omelette but without eggs. This omelette is so yummy and soft like egg omelette. Do try this and enjoy with your dear ones.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Refined flour 1/4cup
  2. Besan 1/2cup
  3. Baking powder 1/2teaspoon
  4. Salt according to taste
  5. Black pepper 1/2teaspoon
  6. Finely chopped onions 1/2tablespoon
  7. Chopped coriander leaves 1/2tablespoon
  8. Water to make pouring batter
  9. Ghee for greasing

Instructions

  1. Mix everything together except the ghee to form a batter.
  2. Now heat some ghee in a non stick pan, pour a ladle of the batter and spread it thick.
  3. Cook from both sides for couple of minutes, and serve hot.
