Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For Calzone dough
  2. yeast 1/2 TSP
  3. sugar 1 tsp
  4. 1/4 cup maida
  5. 1 Cup Multigrain flour
  6. Olive oil tbsp
  7. salt
  8. water required
  9. For Stuffing
  10. oil
  11. Green chilli 1
  12. garlic
  13. onion 1
  14. capsicum 1
  15. paneer 200 gms
  16. coriander leaves
  17. salt
  18. Garam masala 1 tsp
  19. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  20. butter for brushing

Instructions

  1. ADD 1 TSP SUGAR IN 1/4 CUP WATER. ADD 1/2 TSP DRY YEAST
  2. WHEN YEAST IS DISSOLVED IN WATER, ADD 1/4 CUP MAIDA
  3. KEEP MAIDA YEAST MIXTURE IN WARM PLACE FOR 1 HR
  4. ADD 1 CUP ATTA OR MULTIGRAIN FLOUR, SALT AND OIL. ADD FERMENTED PASTE
  5. KNEAD STIFF DOUGH. SET ASIDE FOR 2 HRS
  6. ADD OIL IN KADAI. ADD FINELY CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI AND GARLIC
  7. ADD FINELY CHOPPED ONION
  8. ADD CAPSICUM. SAUTE
  9. ADD SALT, 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER AND GARAM MASALA
  10. ADD PANEER. SAUTE
  11. ADD CORIANDER LEAVES. COOL THE MIXTURE
  12. TAKE FERMENTED DOUGH
  13. ROLL ROTI. SMEAR BUTTER ON BOTH SIDES
  14. FILL THE STUFFING AND SEAL IT
  15. USE FORK TO SEAL THE EDGES
  16. GREASE THE TRAY WITH BUTTER AND BAKE THE CALZONE IN PREHEAT OVEN AT 180 DEGREE FOR 15-20 MINS
  17. BRUSH THE CALZONE WITH BUTTER
