Unique yet common a nice looking vegetable Sandwich Cake ,formed with layering bread and great dips.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 5-6 slices of white bread
  2. 4 slices Brown Bread
  3. 1 1/2 cups any Yoghurt or curds
  4. 1/2 of a small beetroot peeled
  5. 1 wtblspn red chilli garlick/ sweet chilli sauce
  6. 1/2 cup Milk
  7. 1 medium size tomato
  8. 2 tblspn Mayonnaise
  9. 2 -3 tblspn amul cheese spread
  10. Some choppeed red yellow green bell Pemrspers??0
  11. Salt to taste manage
  12. A cheese slice optional
  13. Some black grapes or any fruit or vegge olives,to garnish

Instructions

  1. ARRANGE ALL INGREDIENTS AS PER USE
  2. PEEL WASH AND GRATE ,QUARTER SIZE PORTION OF BEETROOT
  3. MIX TWO 5ML SPOONS CURDS ,YOGHURT INTO THIS YOGHURT AND PREPARE A DIP
  4. NOW TAKE 2 TSPN CHILLI SCHEZWAN SAUCE AND MIX 2 TBLSPN CURDS MAKIN A RED DIP
  5. LINE A CAKE TIN WITH A TSPN OF BUTTER
  6. ALSO SPREAD 1 TSPN CHEESE SPREAD IN THE CAKE TIN,I USED PEPPER CHEESE SPREAD
  7. NOW TAKE 2 TBLSPN OF CHINGS GREEN CHILLI SAUCE IN A SMALL BOWL
  8. TAKE 2 BREAD SLICES START IAYERING IN CAKE TIN SUCH THAT IT FITS WELL,FILL GAPS WITH BREAD BITS
  9. PLACE WELL AND PRESS WELL
  10. NOW START SPREADING THE RED DIP ALL OVER ON BREAD LINED
  11. ONCE RED DIP IS SPREAD WELL, ARRANGE SLICES OF TOMATOES ALL OVER RANDOMLY
  12. NOW START LINING WITH BREAD SLICES AGAIN MAKING LAYER AND PATCHING GAPS WITH BREAD PIECES
  13. AS WE SEE OUR LAYER SET WE START SPREADING BEETROOT DIP NOW ALL OVER THE BREAD LAYER
  14. NOW WE SEE OUR PINK DIP LAYER DONE ON WHICH WE START PLACING BROWN BREAD SLICES FOR LAST LAYER
  15. MIX 2 TABLSPN YOGHURT WITH CHINGS GREEN CHILLI SAUCE ,AND START SPRESDING ALL OVER THE BROWN BREAD
  16. SPREAD WELL AND COVER FULLY.
  17. NOW BEAT YOGURT MIXING WELL ,ADD 2TBLSPN MILK TO BLEND WELL OPTIONAL
  18. ARRANGE PIECES OF CHEESE SLICE ON THIS LAYER AND NOW SPREAD THE BEATEN YOGHURT WELL
  19. LAST LAYER SQUEEZE OUT MAYONNAISE ALL OVER
  20. WITH A KNIFE SPREAD WELL SPREAD ANDEVENLY BLENDING YOGHURT AND MAYONNAISE
  21. TAKE A TBLSPN FULL OF CHOPPED FRESH OR FROZEN MIX OF RED GREEN YELLOWBELL PEPPER
  22. NOW GARNISH THIS WITH BLACK GREEN GRAPES
  23. PLACE GRAPES MAKING A NICE SMILIEE
  24. Serve cutting as cake pieces
