  1. Dalia 1 cup
  2. tomatoes 2
  3. onions 2
  4. ginger 1
  5. oil 2 tbsp
  6. Heeng pinch [asafoetida]
  7. jeera 1tsp [cumin seeds]
  8. haldi 1tsp [turmeric powder]
  9. coriander Powder 1 tsp
  10. Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  11. salt

Instructions

  1. PUT 2 TBSP OF OIL IN A COOKER.
  2. 2 ONIONS CHOPPED ,2 TOMATOES CHOPPED ,1 INCH GINGER GRATED, DALIA 1 CUP
  3. ADD IN PINCH OF HEENG AND 1 TSP JEERA.
  4. ADD IN CHOPPED ONIONS
  5. SAUTE
  6. ADD IN 1 TSP OF HALDI.
  7. ADD LITTLE WATER.
  8. ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES AND GRATED GINGER
  9. MIX WELL
  10. ADD 1 TSP CORIANDER POWDER.. 1/4 TSP GARAM MASALA
  11. SAUTE.
  12. ADD IN DALIA.
  13. SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES
  14. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  15. ADD 400 ML OF WATER.
  16. GIVE 7 TO 8 WHISTLES.
  17. ADD FRESH CORIANDER.
  18. DALIA IS READY TO SERVE.
