Spicy and interesting way to eat lady fingers and brinjals, all time favourite of mine.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Brinjals - 4
  2. Lady fingers - 10
  3. Salt
  4. Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
  5. Corriander powder - 2 tsp
  6. Garam masala - 1 tsp
  7. Amchur powder [dry mango powder] - 1/2 tsp
  8. Oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all the spices together with little salt as well. Slit the brinjals and lady fingers vertically. stuff each of them with masala mix.
  2. Now heat oil in a kadhai, shallow fry the stuffed vegetables.
  3. Stir them occasionally and once they are cooked thoroughly, serve them hot.
