  2. Salt to taste
  3. Red chilli powder1/2 teaspoon
  4. Corn flour 2 teaspoon
  5. Chopped in big cubes onion 1
  6. Garlic 1 teaspoon
  7. Ginger 1 teaspoon
  8. Green chillies 2 chopped
  9. Capsicum 1 chopped in big cubes
  10. Soya sauce 1 teaspoon
  11. Tomato sauce 2 teaspoon
  12. Chilli sauce 1 teaspoon
  13. Vinegar 1 teaspoon
  14. Cornflour +water slurry 2 table spoon +1/2cup
  15. Oil 2 table spoon
  16. Cabbage leaves 4
  17. Spring onion 1teaspoon
  18. Lemon wedges 4

Instructions

  1. CUT IDLI IN FOUR PIECES
  2. ADD SALT
  3. ADD RED CHILLI POWDER
  4. ADD CORNFLOUR
  5. MIX WELL SET ASIDE FOR 5 MINUTES
  6. FRY IN HOT OIL TILL GODEN
  7. DRAIN ON TISSUE PAPER
  8. HEAT 1 TABLESPOON OIL IN A WOK FRY GARLIC AND GINGER
  9. ADD GREEN CHILLIES & CAPSICUM
  10. ADD ONION
  11. SAUTE TILL TRANSLUCENT
  12. ADD 1 CUP WATER
  13. ADD TOMATO SAUCE
  14. ADD SOYA SAUCE AND VINEGAR
  15. ADD RED CHILLI SAUCE
  16. ADD LITTLE SUGAR
  17. MIX CORNFLOUR IN 1/2CUP WATER
  18. ADD FRIED IDLI
  19. ADD CORNFLOUR SLURRY
  20. STIR TILL GLOSSY LOOK APPEARS
  21. HEAT SIZZLER IRON PLATE
  22. ADD OIL FOR SIZZLING EFFECT
  23. PUT WASHED CABBAGE LEAVES ON IRON TRAY
  24. ADD HOT CHILLI IDLI ON TRAY
  25. HOLD IRON TRAY CAREFULLY AND PUT ON WOODEN TRAY
  26. YOUR CRACKLING SOUND SIZZLER IS READY
