ABOUT Turmeric Ginger Pickle RECIPE

The soothing taste of fresh turmeric and the spiky flavour of fresh ginger make for a fabulous pickle!

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Fresh turmeric – 150 gm
  2. Ginger – 50 gm
  3. Green chili – 4
  4. Mustard – 1 tbsp
  5. Lemon Juice – 3-4 tbsp
  6. Oil – 1tsp
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. ROAST 1 TBSP MUSTARD FOR 15 SECONDS
  2. GRIND IT INTO A COARSE POWDER
  3. MIX 150 GMS SLICED TURMERIC, 50 GMS GINGER, 4 GREEN CHILIES
  4. ADD SALT TO TASTE, 1 TBSP MUSTARD POWDER, 1 TSP OIL
  5. ADD 3-4 TBSP LEMON JUICE, MIX WELL
  6. TRANSFER IT TO A JAR
