Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Milk Compounds 100 grams
  2. Dark compounds 100 grams
  3. Pomegranate seeds 250 grams
  4. Fresh cream - 250 grams

Instructions

  1. Melt 100 gm milk compound and 100 gm dark compounds over a double boiler.
  2. Mix well until free of lumps. Chocolates are ready.
  3. I made a temporary taco mould by cutting a disposable glass into a round shape.
  4. Press well with fingers. Pour the chocolate over it and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate the taco for 10 minutes.
  6. Gently remove the plate.
  7. Pipe some fresh cream into the tacos.
  8. Add pomegranates and the frosting.
  9. Use pomegranates for decoration.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve chilled.
