  1. Milk..1 &1/2ltr
  2. Vinegar...2tspn
  3. Sugar...1cup
  4. Green cardamom...2
  5. salt a pinch

Instructions

  1. BOIL MILK PROPERLY
  2. MAKE IT COOL FOR 5MINS & THEN ADD VINEGAR TO MAKE PANEER.
  3. WASH IT UNDER WATER .
  4. MASH THE PANEER MIXING WITH 1TSPN SEMOLINA & A PINCH OF RED COLOUR.
  5. MAKE ANY SHAPE OF RASGULLA.
  6. BOIL IT IN SUGAR SYRUP FOR 20MINS.
  7. MAKE RABRI FROM 1/2 LTR MILK MIXING 2 CARDAMOM,A PINCH OF SALT & 1/2 CUP SUGAR
  8. TAKE A PLATE & ARRANGE THE RASMALAI WITH RABRI.
