Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 cup rice
  2. 1 cup urad dal
  3. 1 tbsp methi seeds
  4. 4 tbsp oil
  5. Curry leaf
  6. coconut powder 41 cup
  7. salt to taste
  8. curd 2 tbsp
  9. Mustrd seeds 1tbsp
  10. 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. 3CUP RICE, 1 CUP URAD DAL,1TBSP METHI SEEDS SOAK IT 7 HOURS THEN GRIND INTO MIXER &MAKE BETTER
  2. TAKE 1 CUP CRUSHED COCONUT &2 TBSP CURD ,2 GREEN CHILLI GRIND IT
  3. AFTER GRIND ADD 1/2TBSP SALT
  4. ADD 2 TBSP IN PAN
  5. ADD 1TBSP MUSTARD SEEDS ADD CURRY LEAVES 7-10
  6. ADD URD DAL 1/2TBSP. CHUTNEY TADKA IA READY
  7. PUT TADKA INTO COCONUT CHUTNEY &MIX IT PROPERLY.
  8. HEAT A PAN ADD OIL &1 BIG SPOON OF BETTER .SPREAD IT LIKE THIS
  9. CHOPPED 1 TOMATO, 2ONION, 2GREEN CHILLI.ADD CORRIENDER PUT MIXTURE ON PAN.COOK 2 MINUTES
  10. AFTER 2 MIN FLIP IT OVER AND ADD OIL 1TBSP.SEE HOW IT TURN GOLDEN BROWN COLOUR
