This sweetdish can't be defined in word's, it's my own innovation,Thandai,Gulukand,Elachi,Milkmaid all mouth fresheners are here in this mouth watering sweetdish,in short it's a royal dessert,must try.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Full cream milk 1 packet plus 2 tablespoons more to be mixed with cornflour
  2. cornflour 1 tablespoon
  3. Sugar 1/2 tablespoon
  4. Thandai powder 1 tablespoon
  5. Gulukand 1 tablespoon
  6. Elachi pounded/powdered 1 teaspoon and little for decorating/garnishing
  7. Fresh white bread crumbs 1 katori
  8. Milkmaid 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. INGREDIENTS USED
  2. TAKE A MICROWAVE SAFE BOROSIL GLASS BOWL, ADD FULL CREAM MILK
  3. ADD FRESH WHITE BREAD CRUMBS,MIX WELL
  4. ADD ELACHI POWDER AND SUGAR IN IT
  5. ADD MILKMAID
  6. MIX NICELY
  7. ADD THANDAI POWDER, AGAIN MIX WELL
  8. OPEN THE DOOR OF MICROWAVE, PLACE GLASS BOWL INSIDE
  9. CLOSE THE DOOR AND SET 2MIN AT HIGH
  10. SEE FEW SECONDS LEFT, END IS SEEN
  11. OPEN THE DOOR, USING SPOON, STIR WELL, SEE THE CONSISTENCY IS NOT THICK THIS TIME
  12. NOW KEEP FOR 3 MIN, SO THE TEXTURE GETS THICKENED, THIS TIME INCREASE A MIN
  13. FEW SECONDS LEFT, END IS SEEN
  14. OPEN THE DOOR AGAIN CHECK THE CONSISTENCY, THIS TIME IT'S THICKENED, TAKE OUT THE BOWL
  15. TAKE A KATORI ADD CORNFLOUR WITH LITTLE MILK
  16. MIX WELL, PUT THIS IN THICKENED MILK
  17. MIX NICELY
  18. AGAIN KEEP IN MICROWAVE, CLOSE THE DOOR
  19. SET 2 MIN AT HIGH
  20. FEW SECONDS LEFT
  21. END IS SEEN, OPEN THE DOOR AND TAKE OUT
  22. NOW STIR NICELY, THE TEXTURE IS THICKENED
  23. KEEP ASIDE FOR IT TO COOL, DO NOT FULLY COOL, JUST TILL LUKE WARM TEMPERATURE, KEEP COVERED WITH NET
  24. NOW AFTER FEW MINUTES CHECK THE CONSISTENCY IN LUKE WARM, THIS TIME TAKE A SPOON OF GULUKAND (ROSE)
  25. PUT INSIDE THE MILK MIXTURE, MIX WELL
  26. SEE THE CONSISTENCY IS SO CREAMY, CAN SEE THE GULUKAND ROSE ALSO IN SPOON
  27. THANDAI ROSE DESSERT IS READY, SERVE GARNISHED WITH POUNDED ELACHI/POWDER (NO NEED OF DRY FRUIT)
