Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl flour
  2. 1 sp salt
  3. 1 tbsp black pepper
  4. 1 cabbage
  5. oil as used
  6. 2 capsicum
  7. 2 carrot

Instructions

  1. KNEAD DOUGH OF FLOUR BY ADDING OIL AND SALT.
  2. GRATE THE CABBAGE, CARROT AND CAPSICUM
  3. ADD LITTLE OIL IN A PAN, ADD THE GRATED VEGETABLES , ADD LITTLE SALT AND PEPPER AS WELL.
  4. TAKE A BALL OUT OF THE DOUGH AND ROLL AND STUFF THE MIXTURE.
  5. STUFF THE MIXTURE AND WRAP IT
  6. MAKE A SHAPE.
  7. TAKE A BOWL ,ADD WATER AND BOIL IT. TAKE A SIEVE, PLACE THE MOMOS IN THEM AND STEAM IT.
  8. LIKE THIS.
  9. CHECK AFTER 10 MN .WITH KNIFE
  10. NOW ROAST IN TAWA BY ADDING LITTLE BUTTER OR DESHEE GHEE.
