Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup grated radish
  2. 1 /2 cup whole wheat flour
  3. 2 cups bajra flour
  4. 1 teaspoon salt
  5. 1/2 cup water (for kneading dough)
  6. 1 tablespoon ghee
  7. 2 tablespoon Homemade butter
  8. curd ( for serving)

Instructions

  1. GRATE 1 BIG RADISH
  2. ADD 1/2 CUP WHEAT FLOUR
  3. ADD 2 CUPS BAJRA FLOUR
  4. ADD 1 TSP SALT, KNEAD INTO A DOUGH ADDING 1/2 CUP WATER
  5. THE DOUGH SHOULD BE SMOOTH& FIRM, REST FOR 15 MINS
  6. GREASE A HOT NON STICK TAVA WITH GHEE
  7. TAKE A SMALL BALL OF DOUGH WITH WET PALMS
  8. PLACE THE BALL ON THE TAVA
  9. WET YOUR PALMS, ROLL IT OUT PATTING IT LIKE THIS
  10. GRILL IT FROM ONE SIDE ON SLOW HEAT
  11. APPLY GHEE ON TOP
  12. FLIP & COOK FROM THE OTHER SIDE
  13. PRESS DOWN TO ENSURE EVEN COOKING
  14. THE PARANTHA IS READY
  15. SERVE WITH CURD & DOLLOP OF HOMEMADE BUTTER
