ABOUT Rice Jalebi RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 cup rice soaked 4 hrs
  2. 1/2 cup water
  3. 5 tsp curd
  4. 1/4 tsp Salt
  5. 2 thread saffron
  6. Cooking Oil
  7. For sugar syrup...
  8. Sugar 2 cup
  9. Water 2 cup

Instructions

  1. TAKE RICE AND WATER.
  2. ADD CURD AND GRIND SMOOTHLY.
  3. POUR INTO A VESSEL, ADD SAFFRON AND SALT, CLOSE THE LID AND LET IT BE FOR FERMENTATION 10 HRS.
  4. HEAT WATER.
  5. ADD SUGAR
  6. STIR IT
  7. STIR CONTINUOUSLY AND CHECK THE STICKINESS
  8. BOIL THE SYRUP UNTIL STICKY
  9. CHECK THE FERMENTATION OF BATTER
  10. FILL THE BATTER IN A JALEBI BOTTLE AND START DROP IT IN A CIRCULAR MANNER FOR DEEP FRY IN A HOT OIL.
  11. USING THE FORK FLIP THESE TO COOK EVENLY.
  12. WHEN IT TURNS GOLDEN BOTH THE SIDES, DIP IN THE WARM SUGAR SYRUP.
  13. FLIP TO COAT AND TRANSFER ONTO PLATE FOR SERVE.
